An order is not considered accepted until Souq Rush confirms the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

  • Duplicate or unusually large orders.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  • Delivery restrictions.

  • Failure to confirm a Cash on Delivery order when confirmation is required.

  • Other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. However, cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or handed to the delivery provider.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - CASH ON DELIVERY

Souq Rush may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for eligible orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Where COD is available:

  • Payment is due to the delivery provider at the time of delivery.

  • COD availability may depend on the customer's location, order value, product, or other operational considerations.

  • We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available method to confirm your COD order before dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline COD orders that cannot be verified or that present a reasonable risk of fraud or delivery failure.

  • Customers are expected to accept and pay for COD orders they have placed.

  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries or repeated failure to accept confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders or the removal of COD availability for that customer.

  • If a COD order is returned to us because the customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the order, any applicable delivery or return costs may be charged or deducted where permitted by applicable law.

COD orders that are legitimately returned after delivery are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING

All product prices displayed on our website will be shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Where applicable, prices may include or exclude VAT as indicated on the website or at checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your order, unless otherwise stated.

For prepaid orders, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method selected by you for the total amount shown at checkout.

For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery as described in Section 4.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information necessary to process your order.

Souq Rush currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates, subject to available delivery locations and service coverage.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on location, delivery provider, order volume, public holidays, weather, customs or regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for unreasonable delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer provides incorrect information, is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, refuses delivery, or otherwise prevents completion of delivery, additional delivery or return charges may apply where permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer-protection laws.

Souq Rush is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our online store.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Souq Rush.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Souq Rush and is not responsible for the products we sell, their quality, delivery, returns, refunds, or other matters relating to your transaction with us, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
